Store Policies

Returns

We will gladly refund your payment if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Please initiate a return request via our returns portal. Our products are built to last however breakage of some parts can occur during game play. We guarantee our products for 30 days against breakage due to design or workmanship. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Items that are returned damaged or unusable are not eligible for a full refund. 

Exchanges

If you change your mind and want to exchange your item for a different one, please initiate an exchange via email. Additional shipping will be charged for exchanged items. We will also replace items if they are defective or damaged via the same process. Please initiate a return via our website. 

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

All products are shipped via USPS, DHL or Fed Ex. Our goal with our shipping rates is to cover our costs but not to gouge you! US shipping and International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order as well as shipping destination. Check your shopping cart for total shipping cost at checkout. 

You can choose the speed of shipping based on your urgency. Please note shipping times do not include order processing times.

USPS First Class International packages do not offer tracking to most countries. Be aware that we are unable to provide tracking or troubleshoot lost packages from the US shipped with this method. Please utilize the tracking/customs number and contact your local postal office for assistance. 

Estimated shipping times vary but are usually within the following window:

  • Domestic US: 3-5 days
  • International: deliveries generally take between 7-21 days, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. 

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian orders. Federal law prohibits the falsification of customs documentation so please don't ask us to take this kind of risk!

Social Media Policy

Mezel Mods social media pages, profiles, presences, and communities are intended to be safe places for our customers to engage in respectful conversations about the pinball industry that honor each person’s experiences and beliefs.

Guidelines

Mezel Mods does not censor or police personal ideas or experiences shared on our social media, but does its best to keep behavior within clearly stated Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove questionable comments including (but not limited to) anything that:

  • infringes on legal rights of content ownership, or otherwise indicates participation in, suggestion or encouragement of any illegal activity,
  • promotes false or fake claims about our products/services
  • makes a false accusation of our company or employees,
  • is unsolicited bulk or repeat messages (spam or flooding),
  • is hateful, threatening, vulgar or pornographic; incites violence,
  • becomes argumentative in nature,
  • is a personal attack (including but not limited to instigation, accusation, bullying, intimidation, harassment),
  • violates Facebook’s or any social platform’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.

If behavior falls outside of the accepted Guidelines, individuals will be permanently banned/removed from our social media at our discretion.

Facebook

Our Facebook pages, like other public online forums, shouldn't require constant moderation given responsible participation. Please handle personal issues through personal messages, or use Facebook’s tools to Block that individual. Violations of Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities should be reported to Facebook through their Flag and Report tools. If you receive unsolicited or unwelcome private messages through Mezel Mods Facebook, please use Facebook’s tools to Report and Block the user. If would like to report the message to Mezel Mods, please copy and paste the entire text of the message into an email and send to support@mezelmods.com.

Privacy

As a reminder, your activity on social media is public – regardless of your privacy settings or our page settings, your activity on our Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. is visible to all (and likely searchable on Google) – whether or not the user is your Facebook Friend, Twitter Follower, YouTube Subscriber, etc. By sharing information or content on social media, you are forfeiting your right to privacy. Please protect yourself. Never share your street address, social security number, birth date or other personal information that could be used to impersonate you.
