Introducing the JAWS pinball machine, immersing players in the iconic 1975 thriller from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment! Designed by Keith Elwin, JAWS pinball machine immerses players in the fictional seaside town of Amity Island, a popular summer destination located off the coast of Long Island, New York. As the Fourth of July holiday approaches, the island's picturesque beaches attract vacationers, unaware of the grave danger lurking beneath the waves. The town's mayor, Larry Vaughn, fearing the loss of tourism revenue, suppresses information about a series of shark attacks, leading to further tragic consequences.
In the game, players take on the roles of Chief Martin Brody, marine biologist Matt Hooper, and professional shark hunter Quint, working together to confront the menace of the great white shark terrorizing the community. The game includes a motorized "Shark Fin" target, a custom sculpted "Great White Shark" bash toy, and an "Orca Boat" upper playfield with a "Lookout Tower" ramp and ship's wheel spinner. Lighting effects simulate "blood in the water" to heighten tension.
