 I want my stuff!! How long until you ship?

Most items in our shop are made to order- our team of toy makers works hard to get your order assembled and out the door as quickly as possible. Check out our current fulfillment timeline for more information! 

I forgot to add something to my order! Can you edit my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to edit and modify orders at this time due to heavy volumes. We know you want to save a few bucks but takes administrative time. Please helps us maximize the time we spend making your toys so you can get them quickly!

I need to cancel my order (it's a long story)... how do I cancel?

Reach out to our support and we are happy to help cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled!

I didn't receive installation instructions with my shipment- where can I find them?

Please visit our Help Center where you will find installation instructions for Mezel Mods products 

The link to installation instructions for Lermods will be included with your product packaging.

Installation instructions for all other manufacturers on our site will be included in your shipment.

I only received part of my shipment. Where are the other items I ordered?

Many of our products are drop shipped from other great designers. Double check your order- if it contains products by any of the following, you can expect more than one shipment! You'll receive tracking for each shipment when it ships!

Do you have any discounts currently running?

We no longer offer individual discount programs however we have a customer rewards program which rewards customers based on purchases, reviews and more! Sign up for the rewards program from our home page. For information about how to redeem your rewards, see this support article.

The product I want is out of stock? When will it be back in stock?

Product inventories vary based on availability and manufacturing lead times. If you are looking for a product that is out of stock, sign up to for our elves to notify you via email when the product is back in stock. Simply navigate to the product page and click the 'email notification link'. We will let you know when you can get your hands on it automatically.

I can't find a product you used to sell. Is it still available?

At times, we will take a product out of our shop. This occurs due to manufacturing upgrades or due to limited run products that are no longer in production.  If you can't find a product listed on our site, it is no longer available. We are so sorry!

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices are calculated real time on at checkout and vary depending upon your location and the items purchased. This is the fastest and most accurate way to find out shipping costs. We offer a variety of shipping carriers and rates to suite your fancy!

Do you ship to my country?

Presently we ship to the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. European customers are encouraged to shop with our parter in Germany, Pinball Universe.
