About Us

Mezel Mods has been selling custom Pinball Mods for over ten years and providing a marketplace for our pinball modder partners.

Our History

Once upon a time, in 2013, there was an engineer named Tim Mezel who worked in semiconductor manufacturing. As much as he enjoyed his work, he found himself restless and yearning to make something. Several hobby's later, he found a love of pinball that formed the beginnings of our company.

Improving the Look of Pinball

After acquiring a small pinball collection, Tim found he wanted to make his game look better. One of his favorite titles, a high speed police chase theme,

was missing a donut shop. After experimentation with hobby materials he took the leap into 3D printing and made our first product, Donut Heaven.

Late in 2013, Tim launched his Etsy shop to sell his pinball mods which included Donut Heaven and many more. He had no idea how successful the products would be. Customers came from across the world- Malaysia to Austria to Canada and Australia- to buy his unique pinball mods. In just four short months the products were well regarded across the industry.

As the business grew, Tim found himself unable (and uninterested) in keep up with production, assembly, fulfillment and product development so he enlisted the help of his wife Kristin (Mrs_MezelMods).

Kristin Browning-Mezel

It wasn't long before she had taken over for Tim, developing Mezel Mods into a well regarded pinball brand. The business moved to a warehouse in nearby Rio Rancho, New Mexico (USA) in 2015 and began adding a workforce to support the demand. Tim moved on to a new hobby, leaving Kristin and her team to carry the torch.

We are proud to have employed some fantastic people over the last 10 years and are glad to be contributing in our small way to the local economy. Our customers, near and far, have become dear friends who have always helped us in our journey to provide the best products on the market.

Our company specializes in toys and accessories designed to make pinball machines even cooler! We pride ourselves of making the game look better and helping our customers experience the joy of customizing their game. It all starts with an idea..

On my free time I love working on cars, making model kits, or just building things in general so naturally I love my assembly job here at Mezel mods!
