- For a rock solid gift, consider buying a Gift card along with a generic gift like pinballs or cleaning products.
- Gift card purchases are fulfilled via the email address associated with your order. If you do not receive the Gift Card via email within 24 hours, please email us. At this time we do not offer physical gift cards.
- Visit our Fulfillment timeline page for shopping timelines! Priority or DHL shipping does not override our timelines as most products sold are made to order. Each product page denotes if an item is made to order.

- When checking out, carefully select the shipping carrier and service that fits your needs. If your order contains products from multiple manufacturers, each will ship separately (except for international customers).
