Each product page is designed to show exactly how and when your order will ship. At the top, you’ll see “Fulfilled By” followed by the vendor’s name — this tells you who produces and ships that particular product, whether it’s handled by Mezel Mods or one of our trusted partner vendors.
Below the product details, you’ll find the Expected Ship Dates section. This shows the estimated window when your order will leave the vendor’s facility, based on today’s date (or the simulated order date you choose). The date range automatically adjusts as you select different vendors, so you can easily see each vendor’s typical lead time.
If you see a Holiday Shipping Guaranteed badge, that means your order is expected to ship in time for the holidays. If the badge isn’t shown, your item may still arrive quickly, but allow extra time — especially for made-to-order, custom, or high-demand products.
For U.S. and domestic orders, each vendor ships directly from their own location. That means if your order includes products from multiple vendors, you may receive more than one package, each arriving according to that vendor’s fulfillment timeline.
For international orders, items are consolidated before shipping. We wait until all items in your order are produced and received at our facility before sending the complete package overseas. Because of this, international orders typically ship closer to the latest expected ship date shown.
Some products may have special lead times or exceptions — for example, custom finishes, made-to-order components, or vendor-specific delays. Whenever that applies, you’ll see it clearly explained in the product description so you always know what to expect.
