Mezel Mods Return Policy
Returns happen. Here is how we work returns and exchanges. We will:
- Gladly exchange an item if you find it to be defective. And PLEASE do not attempt repair as this can often cause more issues!
- Absolutely replace items damaged during shipment, but PLEASE do not discard their original packaging!
- Happily issue you a refund for the cost of the item (minus return shipping plus 5% transaction fee) if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong item within 45 days of receiving it.
In all of the above cases, please email us or use our contact form to initiate your return. Please include the following information in the request for return/exchange:
- Order name and order number
- Item(s) you are seeking to return
- In the case of damage or defect, please include a photo of the item
Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit (if applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation - Self Serve
If you need to request a return or cancellation for your order, you can do so from your order page.
- Open your order page
- Sign in to your customer account using the email address you used for your order
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email
- Open your order
- Select the option to request a return or cancellation, if it’s available for that order
- Follow the steps shown on screen and submit your request
Important things to know:
- You can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled
- Return availability depends on the order and our store’s return rules
Alternative option:
- If you don’t want to use the order page, just reach out to us directly with your order number and request via email or our contact form.
For EU Customers Only – Cancellations and Returns
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, then the following terms apply to your purchase and supersede any inconsistent or conflicting terms in our standard return, refund, or cancellation policy.
- Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
- How to exercise this right: To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us within the 14-day period using the withdrawal or cancellation method we make available on our store, or by contacting us with your name and order details via email or our contact form.
- Confirmation of request: After you submit your request, we’ll send confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email.
- Refunds: If your cancellation or withdrawal is valid under applicable EU law, then you’re entitled to a refund in accordance with that law.
- Exceptions: Some products or order types might be exempt from cancellation or withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
- Mandatory rights: Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable EU law.
Supremacy Clause:
If there is any conflict between this For EU Customers Only – Cancellations and Returns section and any other part of our standard return, refund, or cancellation policy, then this section will control for orders made by EU consumers.
Chroma and Pinball Universe Return Policy
All of Mezel Mods return policies are applied to Chroma and Pinball Universe products as well as the following.
Non-defective Chroma Hardware are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact Mezel Mods before the returning.
Lermods Return Policy
If you have any issue or problems with your mod, please reach out to us via email. We are VERY responsive and will ALWAYS make it right. Our mods are tested multiple times before shipment. If you alter, destroy or try to fix your mod BEFORE reaching out to us we cannot troubleshoot the issue. Altering the product will void any warranty and we reserve the right to not replace the item.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mod, you can return it for a refund (less any shipping charge and paypal/cc fees that we incur)or exchange within 30 days but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
All returns within 30 days for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must email us prior to returning any items.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all non-motorized mods. This lifetime guarantee is simple: If your mod fails to perform, at our discretion, we will either repair or replace it, free of charge, for as long as you own your game, you just pay the return shipping charge. This guarantee applies to the original owner only. Non-motorized mods have a 30 day guarantee.
There are no returns/exchanges on Custom Backbox Mods. These are custom made.
EXCHANGES
If you change your mind and want to exchange your item for a different one, please initiate an exchange via email. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will contact you once it has been received and the exchanged item shipped back out you with tracking information.
C.R.Cades Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@crcades.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return RMA will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
